  You can pay online with credit or debit cards, or by cheque or postal order. PAYING BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER 1) Please send your payment to: Cyber Goth (Make all cheques and postal orders payable to Cyber Goth. Please include a delivery address and a copy of the invoice sent to you via e-mail if possible) 2) Write your CHEQUE GUARANTEE DETAILS, on the back of your cheque. 3) Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has cleared. Delivery Most items despatch within one week of placing an order. If not your order will usually be dispatched within 28 days. If you are buying for a specific date please let us know before placing your order so we can make sure we can meet your deadline! Please do not leave ordering too late if you need it for a special event. We suggest ordering at least three weeks in advance just in case you need to exchange for any reason. We will not be held responsible for any items delayed in the post. Returns We do not give refunds. If your item is the wrong size, we will happily exchange the item for the correct size, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the item but the replacement will be sent to you free of delivery charges. Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition they were sent, within 14 days of you receiving them. All goods are thoroughly checked before they are sent to make sure they are of a high quality and fit for the purpose for which they were designed. Please check your goods immediately as we will not accept returns for faults once the item has been worn. We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the returned post.
